The Board of Directors (BOD) is the highest governing body of the Geslyn and Vasley company. It has the full proactive responsibility of steering the organization towards a sustainable future. Although the board’s Chair has the ultimate power over the CEO, both of them typically work interactively to effectively and efficiently lead the company towards achieving the set vision.
